Refund Policy/Warranty

We want to be sure you’re as stoked with your stickrbottle products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, opened, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty
We are a small company and completely committed to quality and making sure you love your stickrbottle. If there are any manufacturing defects or peeling stickers, just let us know and we'll do everything we can to make it right. (Read Exclusions Below)

Exclusions:

Accidental Damage: Includes dents, chips, cracks, or any physical damage caused by dropping, mishandling, or misuse of the product.
Unauthorized Modification: Alterations, repairs, or changes made to the product without approval from stickrbottle .
Loss or Theft: Products that are lost or stolen.
Extreme Environmental Damage: Damage caused by chemical exposure, or other external factors outside the scope of normal use.

Back in the day, we used to pin every lift ticket onto our jackets. At first it was born out of laziness, and a lack of scissors outside the frigid lift ticket office window. But soon, it became a collection of trophies and memories. Every one told a story. A storm day at Red Mountain. A bluebird day at Lake Louise. That road trip where the old Honda barely puttered through the pass, but the turns were all-time. These weren’t just scraps of paper; they were proof that we’d lived it.

Stickrbottle was born out of the same idea — keeping your adventures close, every single day. Sure, it’s just a water bottle, but it’s also a storybook, your adventure memoir. Stickers became chapters, stories left unforgotten. One glance at your bottle in the office, and suddenly you’re back in the mountains, or maybe daydreaming about your next ski trip. It’s not about showing off where you’ve been, but about never forgetting what it felt like to be there.
