Refund Policy/Warranty

We want to be sure you’re as stoked with your stickrbottle products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] or leave us a message in the contact form on the stickrbottle website.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, opened, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty
We are a small company and completely committed to quality and making sure you love your stickrbottle. If there are any manufacturing defects or peeling stickers, just let us know and we'll do everything we can to make it right. (Read Exclusions Below)

Exclusions:

Accidental Damage: Includes dents, chips, cracks, or any physical damage caused by dropping, mishandling, or misuse of the product.
Unauthorized Modification: Alterations, repairs, or changes made to the product without approval from stickrbottle .
Loss or Theft: Products that are lost or stolen.
Extreme Environmental Damage: Damage caused by chemical exposure, or other external factors outside the scope of normal use.

Hi I'm James, the creator Behind Rise & Alpine

For over a decade, I've spent thousands of days skiing, hiking, and exploring mountains across Canada and around the world. What started as a passion for skiing eventually grew into the Rise & Alpine YouTube channel, where I've been fortunate enough to share powder days, road trips, mountain adventures, and unforgettable experiences with millions of people.

Along the way, I realized something.

The best memories aren't the ones sitting forgotten on a hard drive. They're the ones that stay with you every day.

Every skier, snowboarder, adventurer, or traveler knows the feeling.

You finally summit that peak, ski that dream line, or check off the trip you've been talking about for years. Those moments hit differently. They're too good to disappear into another phone photo you'll probably never look at again.

Years ago, before RFID passes became the norm, lift tickets weren't something we threw away. We pinned them to our jackets, backpacks, or ski pants. At first it was mostly because we were too cold, or too lazy, to peel them off outside the lift office. But before long, they became something much more meaningful.

Every ticket told a story.

A waist-deep powder day at Red Mountain. A bluebird spring lap at Lake Louise.That road trip where the old Honda barely made it through the mountain pass, but somehow delivered the best skiing of the season.

Those weren't just scraps of paper.They were proof that we'd lived those moments. As lift tickets disappeared, so did that tradition.

I missed having something that reminded me of everywhere I'd been.

Stickrbottle was born from that same idea.

I wanted to create something that would remind me of the adventures I'd had while inspiring me to keep chasing new ones.

Each Stickrbottle is laser engraved with ski resorts across Canada and the United States, creating a tribute to the mountains that make skiing so special. Whether you've visited five resorts or fifty, your bottle becomes a personal adventure journal that grows alongside your experiences.

One glance at your bottle sitting on your desk, in your truck, or beside your skis, and suddenly you're transported back to that unforgettable day in the mountains, or dreaming about the next one.

For me, Stickrbottle is the culmination of a lifetime spent chasing winter, exploring incredible mountain towns, and building a community around adventure through Rise & Alpine. Every resort featured on these bottles is a place that has inspired me, challenged me, or left me with stories I'll never forget.

My hope is that your bottle becomes more than just something you drink from. I hope it reminds you to take that road trip, explore new places, wake up early for first chair, and always take one more lap.

Because the best stories rarely happen on the couch. They happen out there.

At the end of the day, Stickrbottle isn't really about being the best ski water bottle.
