1. About these terms

Stickrbottle is operated by RISE AND ALPINE INC. ("we," "us," and "our"). These terms govern your use of our online store and purchases from us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to sell our products.

2. Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Please provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information.

You may not use our store for unlawful activities, payment fraud, unauthorized access, or distributing malicious software.

3. Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate descriptions and images. Colours may appear differently on different screens. The contents of each product, including the bottle edition and included stickers, are described on its product page.

Products are subject to availability. Changes to products, prices, or listings apply to future orders and do not change an order already accepted without your agreement.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on our store and at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase. Payment must be authorized before an order can be processed.

For cross-border orders, any applicable import duties, taxes, or carrier clearance fees not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient. These charges are set by the relevant authorities or carrier.

5. Orders and corrections

Please check your selected product and shipping address before placing an order. Contact [email protected] promptly if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped. Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

If an item is unavailable or an order contains a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you to explain the issue. We will not substitute an item or increase an accepted order's price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will cancel the affected portion and refund the corresponding payment, including any associated shipping charges that no longer apply.

We may decline orders where there is a reasonable concern about fraud or unlawful activity. Any payment taken for an order we cancel will be refunded.

6. Shipping and delivery

We currently offer shipping to eligible addresses in Canada and the United States, subject to the options and product availability shown at checkout. Any restrictions are indicated on the product page or at checkout.

Shipping charges and available delivery estimates are provided before purchase. Unless expressly guaranteed, delivery estimates are estimates. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide delay or cancellation options and refunds as required by applicable law.

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or has not arrived as expected, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Nothing in these terms removes our delivery obligations under applicable law.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. It explains our 30-day return process, unused-bottle and unapplied-sticker requirements, shipping responsibilities, damaged or incorrect orders, and refund processing.

Requests about worn replacement stickers are assessed based on availability. Replacement stickers are not promised to be free or available indefinitely. This does not limit applicable warranty or consumer rights.

8. Product care

Follow the care instructions provided with your product or on its product page. Use the bottle only for its intended purpose. Contact us if you have questions about care or suitability for a particular use.

9. Intellectual property

Our original website text, designs, images, and branding are owned by or licensed to RISE AND ALPINE INC. Other names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may use the store for personal shopping, but may not reproduce our original content for commercial use without permission.

10. Privacy and third-party services

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Checkout and other store features may involve Shopify, payment providers, or shipping providers. Third-party websites linked from our store have their own terms and privacy practices.

11. Responsibility and consumer protections

We are responsible for our obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply where you live. This does not require you to give up protections available under applicable Canadian provincial or United States laws.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Revised terms apply to future use and purchases. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order unless you agree otherwise or applicable law requires a change.
